When you go to the Log In page, and are a first time shopper, you do not have a user name or password. To register, you must first click on the 'New Customer?' link and fill in your information.

The dialogue box says my Zip Code is invalid.

Make sure if it is a Postal Code that there is no space included, or that numbers of your Zip Code are correct.

How do I place items in my shopping cart?

Simply using the mouse to click on the image of the item that you wish to place in your shopping cart will move it there. You could also select the 'Buy' or 'Wish List' options beside the image.

How long does shipping take?

All products are shipping directly to your home, and in Canada and the United States, it takes approximately two weeks. Other regions of the world may be subject to longer terms of delivery.
